• Documentation: keep client records current and archive in CRM.
• Compliance: ensure transactions meet industry regulations.
• Communication: provide updates to clients, advisers, and internal teams.
• Issue resolution: address and escalate client problems as needed.
• Education: train advisors on products, services, and systems.
• Vendor coordination: work with custodians to process transactions.
• Reporting: generate activity reports and derive insights.
