This role supports Relationship Managers and Wealth Advisors to ensure a seamless client experience in a fast-paced environment.

They will work in a centralized queue, uphold regulatory compliance, and participate in process improvements.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of financial services experience is required.
• Notary designation is a plus.
• High School diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process client paperwork, forms, and documentation accurately.
• Execute money movement requests (wires, ACH, journal entries).
• Monitor centralized service requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and custodial platforms.
