Job summary

Premier Truck Group is seeking a Financial Services Manager to act as a trusted advisor to customers, driving finance, insurance, and aftermarket product sales from application through funding. You will secure financing approvals, build lender relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced sales environment.

The role requires strong sales, credit analysis, and communication skills, with focus on ethics and integrity.

Qualifications

• Ethical sales with a focus on integrity.
• Experience in automotive/finance operations preferred.
• Ability to analyze credit information and structure deals with multiple lenders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with finance systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• State insurance license or ability to obtain and maintain one.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell financing, insurance, service contracts, warranties, and other aftermarket products.
• Structure and submit credit applications to multiple lending sources to obtain approvals and competitive financing options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and insurance providers.
• Ensure all finance, lease, title, tax, and compliance documentation is accurate and completed timely.
• Educate customers on financing options, products, and dealership services.
• Partner with sales leadership to maximize finance penetration, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Train sales teams on finance programs, lender requirements, and product offerings.
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare finance penetration reports, and support departmental goals.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, local, and company regulations and policies.

• State insurance license or ability to obtain and maintain one, where required.
