Job summary

Talent Search Pro is seeking a mid-level associate with 5–7 years of litigation experience and a demonstrated focus on financial services litigation in New York. The role supports two named partners in our New York office, with active NY bar admission required and a hybrid schedule requiring three days in the Fox Rothschild New York office.

You will handle complex financial services disputes across litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters, collaborating closely with partners on strategy

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of litigation experience focusing on financial services litigation.
• Active New York bar license in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of complex commercial and financial services litigation from pre-suit to appeals.
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, and memoranda in federal and state courts and arbitration.
• Conduct and defend depositions in high-stakes financial services disputes.
• Oversee document review and e-discovery in large-scale matters.
• Advise financial institution clients on litigation strategy and regulatory exposure.
• Collaborate with partners on case strategy and client relationships.
• Perform legal research on regulatory and common-law issues in financial services.
