Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required and NY licensure.
• A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in litigation/arbitration.
• Experience with financial services clients and institutions is highly preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of complex commercial and financial services litigation, including pre-suit investigation, pleadings, discovery, motions, trial prep, and appeals.
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, and memoranda of law in federal and state courts and arbitration.
• Conduct and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses; oversee e-discovery.
• Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk assessment, and regulatory exposure; collaborate with partners to develop case strategy.
