Fox Rothschild LLP in New York, NY is seeking a Litigation Associate (Financial Services Litigation) with five to seven years of experience to join a busy practice focused on financial institutions, broker-dealers, banks, asset managers, and fintech clients.

The ideal candidate will handle all phases of complex commercial and financial services litigation, including pre-suit investigations, pleadings, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and appeals, with strong research and writing.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience with matters involving financial services clients, including banks, broker-dealers, investment banks, asset managers, or fintech companies, is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and enforcement proceedings involving financial institutions (e.g., SEC, FINRA, CFPB, OCC).

Responsabilités

• Manage all phases of complex commercial and financial services litigation, including pre-suit investigation, pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, trial preparation, and appeals.
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, and memoranda of law in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration submissions.
• Conduct and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses and oversee document review and e-discovery for large-scale matters.
