Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required and NY licensure.
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills.
• Experience in financial services litigation and arbitrations.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and enforcement proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of complex commercial/financial services litigation, incl. pre-suit, pleadings, discovery, motions, trial prep, appeals.
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, and memoranda in courts and arbitral submissions.
• Conduct and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
• Oversee document review and e-discovery in large-scale matters.
• Advise financial institution clients on litigation strategy and regulatory exposure.
• Collaborate with partners to develop case strategy and manage client relationships.
