Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of New York.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of complex commercial and financial services litigation, including pre-suit investigation, pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, trial preparation, and appeals.
• Draft and argue motions, briefs, and memoranda of law in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration submissions.
• Conduct and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses.
• Oversee document review and e-discovery processes in large-scale matters.
• Advise financial institution clients on litigation strategy, risk assessment, and regulatory exposure.
• Collaborate with partners to develop case strategy and manage client relationships.
• Conduct legal research on complex regulatory and common-law issues affecting the financial services industry.
