Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Financial Services Litigation Associate in San Francisco. This full-time position targets 4th to 6th year associates with an interest in FINRA arbitrations, representing broker-dealers and registered representatives.

Duties include analyzing issues, drafting briefs, participating in FINRA arbitration and motions, preparing deposition exhibits, and managing cases with cross-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in FINRA arbitration and trial preparation.
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills.
• Case management experience.
• Law Review/Journal or Moot Court experience preferred.
• Good standing with the California State Bar.
• Admission to California District Courts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze issues and conduct research for drafting briefs on sophisticated legal matters.
• Participate in FINRA arbitration and motion arguments.
• Prepare outlines and exhibits for depositions and trials.
• Manage cases, including discovery responses and document review.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-office teams strategically and analytically.
