The ideal candidate will handle client complaints, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism while supporting various client relations operations.

Qualifications

• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Local candidate able to work onsite 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to operational client complaints while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with field staff and management to escalate and resolve issues.
• Build relationships with Client Relations Editors and learn processes and style guidelines.
• Manage workload with initiative, self-motivation and accountability.
• Cover client-facing telephone lines and provide phone support at least one day per week.
• Support settlement processing, privacy opt-out processing, and special projects as needed.
