• Considerable technical skills, large data management processing, and MS Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and coordinate with clients/business areas regarding returned mail inquiries.
• Respond to inquiries and ensure maintenance of SLAs.
• Work with clients or internal stakeholders as information is required or requested.
• Support reconciling of unclaimed assets and assist on Escheatment projects as needed.
• Identify and elevate potential process anomalies to management in a timely manner.
