Gradient Financial Group is hiring a Contracting Specialist to streamline the contracting process for Financial Services Professionals. You will handle licenses, E&O, direct deposit details, and address changes, ensuring timely contract execution and clear internal communications.

The ideal candidate will bring attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to navigate multiple priorities while delivering accurate, timely results in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Contract Gradient FSPs with annuity and life insurance carriers.
• Manage the full contracting process, including licenses and E&O insurance.
• Provide contract status updates to internal customers.
• Send contracts within defined timelines.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries per SLAs.
• Learn carrier/state requirements and escalate questions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
