Adecco is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative in Pennington, NJ, with onsite work in Tampa, FL, or Jacksonville, FL. Pay is $21.00 per hour and the position is a temporary-to-hire opportunity. Training runs Mon–Fri 9a-5:30p ET with required open availability.

Ideal candidates will reply to inquiries with clear, complete information, provide efficient operations support, authenticate clients per policy, navigate multiple tools, and help improve customers’ financial lives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of call center experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in de-escalation techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide clients with clear, complete responses to inquiries.
• Deliver quality service and support for internal and external customers.
• Authenticate clients accurately and follow policy to manage risk.
• Navigate multiple applications to research products and resolve issues.
