Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service in financial services (banking or money management).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone and email inquiries from customers.
• Process account maintenance and financial transactions.
• Assist potential customers with enrollment inquiries.
• Explain complex rules and regulations of each plan to customers.
• Research and respond to financial inquiries for customers and team members.
• Contribute to process improvements and new projects to improve quality and efficiency.
• Provide the highest level of service to meet defined service level agreements.
