Tower Loan is hiring a on-site Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service, process payments, and promote financial solutions. You will build relationships with current and prospective customers and support loan production.

The role emphasizes cash handling, accuracy in deposits, and administrative tasks within a fast-paced branch environment. Monday–Friday schedule with potential Saturday shifts, full-time position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships by offering excellent service and promoting financial solutions.
• Receive and process payments in customer accounts.
• Market to current, former, and potential customers to drive loan production.
• Maintain and secure cash drawers and deposits, including balancing and preparing deposits.
• Perform office administrative tasks such as mail, filing, and purchasing supplies.
• Process loan applications and collect payments due.
• Execute all other duties as assigned.
