The role involves working on technology-enabled transformation programs, especially in insurance technology solutions like Guidewire (Policy, Billing, Claims), enterprise data management, reinsurance, and performance management.

Your Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to turn business challenges into technology solutions.
• Support efforts to improve efficiency and effectiveness across business units.
• Assist in analyzing business requirements and designing aligned technology architectures.

Skills and Attributes

• Technical expertise supporting insurance system implementations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of experience, or a master's degree with 2+ years.
• Experience with Guidewire or similar insurance systems and related competencies such as system implementation, requirements definition, and data migration.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with business intelligence, data warehousing, or enterprise application integration.
