Your Responsibilities

You will work directly with clients to convert business challenges into technology solutions, enhancing operational effectiveness and managing process risks. Your role involves analyzing business requirements, aligning them with technology architecture, and supporting implementation plans.

• Technical expertise supporting insurance system implementations
• Up-to-date industry knowledge and service capabilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years’ experience, or Master’s with 2+ years’ experience
• Experience with Guidewire or similar insurance software (e.g., Duck Creek, Majesco)
• Proficiency in system implementation, requirements definition, and data migration
• Strong communication skills for technical and client interactions
• Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BI, data warehousing, or enterprise application integration
• Impact analysis and end-to-end solution delivery experience
