About the Role

The opportunity involves working on technology-enabled transformation programs in insurance, focusing on areas such as claims, underwriting, policy, and billing. Projects include:

• Guidewire System Implementation (Policy, Billing, Claims)
• Enterprise Data Management
• Reinsurance Accounting and Reporting
• Performance Management
• Technology Expense Reduction

Your Responsibilities

Work directly with clients to translate business problems into technology solutions, improving efficiency and effectiveness, and supporting risk mitigation. Assist in analyzing business requirements, designing technology architecture, vendor selection, and implementing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 2+ years
• Experience with insurance applications such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Insurity, etc.
• Proficiency in system implementation, requirements definition, architecture design, data migration, and software engineering best practices
• Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking ability
• Willingness to travel as needed

Preferred Experience

• Business intelligence, data warehousing, enterprise data management
• Impact analysis and end-to-end system solutions
