Job description

Job Title: ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant

As a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant, you will make an impact by guiding clients and teams towards successful process optimization through assessment, analysis, and mapping of workflows. You will implement standard, measurable processes to enable accurate planning and automation. You will be a valued member of the ServiceNow team, working closely with our partners.

In this role, you will:
  1. Provide mentorship and support to team members, demonstrating high autonomy and decision-making skills. Senior Developers often act as Project Team Leads.
  2. Lead significant project processes such as platform architecture documentation, integration, effort estimation, and sophisticated development. Participate in and occasionally lead Scrum meetings.
  3. Translate requirements, stories, and mock-ups into fully functional features in collaboration with the implementation team.
  4. Ensure high-quality technical development and configuration, providing mentorship to Junior and Mid-level developers. Follow ServiceNow standard processes for technical design mentorship.
  5. Keep Project Lead informed with timely updates to facilitate proactive customer communication.
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delivery Services processes and the maturity of portfolios, capabilities, and standard procedures aligned with customer needs.
  7. Fill technical or process roles as needed, lead and mentor team resources, assist in prioritizing opportunities, and act as the final decision-maker for technical issues within projects. Collaborate with HR on technical interviews and recruitment.
