Key Responsibilities

You will work directly with clients to translate business challenges into technological solutions, supporting their efforts to improve effectiveness and mitigate process risks. Your role includes analyzing business requirements, aligning them with technology architecture, and supporting technology implementation plans.

• Demonstrate technical and engineering skills supporting insurance system implementations.
• Stay current with industry developments and service capabilities.
• Provide subject-matter expertise during project design and integration phases.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 2+ years.
• Experience with insurance applications like Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar.
• Proficiency in system selection, requirements definition, architecture design, and implementation.
• Experience with software engineering best practices and creating proofs of concept.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to research and address industry and regulatory issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with management reporting, data warehousing, and enterprise data management.
