Job summary

TIAA, a leading retirement company, is hiring Financial Services Consultants to handle inbound calls, offer retirement and investment options, and deliver financial education. This role centers on helping thousands of participants with guidance, while supporting career paths beyond a call center.

The position emphasizes a hybrid office presence and potential for bonus eligibility. Start date is January 4, 2027, with hours Mon–Fri 8:00 am–10:00 pm ET.

Responsibilities

• Establishes rapport quickly with participants and guides financial transactions.
• Outlines appropriate solutions using TIAA products and explains options clearly.
• Answers participant questions with detailed financial plan explanations.
• Executes transactions and service requests on behalf of participants.
• Maintains records of interactions, inquiries and actions taken.
• Refers participants to business partners to help achieve outcomes.
