Job summary

TIAA is hiring Financial Services Consultants to join our National Contact Center. You will educate participants on retirement plans, after-tax investments, insurance products, and financial education.

This role blends call-center duties with broader career pathways across sales, learning, and finance. Qualified candidates may receive FINRA exam support and a pathway to licensure; a hybrid office presence is offered, with compensation including hourly base pay plus target bonus and possible

Qualifications

Experience in banking, call center, customer service or sales is helpful but not required.
Must communicate clearly and professionally, verbally and in writing.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and navigate multiple systems.
Learner mindset, coachable and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

Establishes rapport quickly with participants and guides financial transactions and long-term asset planning.
Explains viable options using clear explanations of TIAA products and services.
Responds to participant questions with detailed financial plan information.
Executes transactions and service requests on behalf of participants.
Maintains records of interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
