Raymond James seeks a dynamic Registered Client Service Associate to provide high-touch administrative support to Financial Advisors and their clients. You will handle onboarding, account openings, and research client information while maintaining compliance and high service standards.

The role emphasizes multi-platform communication, meticulous task management, and collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; securities industry experience preferred.
• SIE, Series 7, and possibly 63/65/66 licenses as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for high-volume client interactions by phone, email, in person or virtually.
• Onboard new clients, open accounts, and research client information using internal systems.
• Prepare reports, inputs orders, rebalance portfolios, and maintain client records.
• Support Financial Advisors with meetings, marketing efforts, and client communications.
