Qualifikationen

• BS/MS degree in Accounting
• CPA license required
• 6+ years of progressive public accounting experience, preferably with financial services clients

Aufgaben

• Manage, direct and monitor multiple client engagements; schedule and coordinate workflow and staffing for projects.
• Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations and lead change efforts.
• Research and analyze financial statements using databases and software to audit, review and compile information.
• Consult with clients to recommend business and process improvements.
• Supervise, mentor associates and interns and assess staff performance.
