State Farm independent contractor agent is seeking a Financial Services Assistant to join the team and help grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experience.

The role offers base salary with commission, benefits, and growth potential within a fast-paced environment. Licensing requirements may be pursued after hiring, with training provided.

Formación

• Bilingual Required - Spanish.
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks.
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
• Must be available to work the following schedule 8:30 am to 5:30 pm M-F.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

• Base Salary plus commission/bonus
• Group health plan. $300 monthly allowance.
• Dental and Vision, paid by owner.
• Group Life $75,000.00, paid by owner.

Compensation $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
