Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Audits and processes deposits; reconcile accounts and ledgers
• Manage cash boxes, counts, and change orders
• Prepare purchasing forms; approve low-value requests
• Oversee travel/entertainment reimbursements with approvals
• Input AR invoices; monitor receivables and write-offs
• Track and distribute centralized services and parking passes
• Support staff with professional development and other duties
