Job summary

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of cashiering and financial processes, policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of financial data management and reporting systems.
• Proficiency in the use of spreadsheet and database software.
• Strong interpersonal skills, analytical abilities, service orientation, active listening, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment and work in a team.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Revenue processing and deposits for multiple revenue sources, with discrepancy handling.
• Cash handling, verification, and distribution across cash stations; bank signout.
• Purchasing forms, approvals, and data posting to ledgers; back-up for bluCard.
• Processing travel and entertainment reimbursements with required approvals.
• Inputting revenue invoices and monitoring outstanding receivables.
• Tracking and distributing centrally provided services and gifts; manage parking passes.
• Professional development and other duties as assigned.
