Qualifications

• AA/BA/BS in a related field with at least 2 years' experience in AP, AR, billing or related duties.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of financial processes, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Administers student and study center finances for assigned programs.
• Performs financial analysis, initiates wire transfers, and manages accounts payable/receivable.
• Reconciles monthly transactions to the general ledger.
• Communicates with internal departments and external customers daily.
• Ensures compliance with UC policy and external regulations.
