Job summary

Talentify in Edmonds, WA is seeking a Financial Services Representative II to deliver outstanding member experiences in person and over the phone. You will perform requested transactions, provide recommendations, and help members meet financial goals through cross-sales and service excellence.

You will work with your team to build relationships, participate in branch promotions, and support smooth operation of the Member Service Center while adhering to performance standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping people and the drive to build relationships that assist members meet financial goals.
• Good communication and human relation skills.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver positive member experiences through in-person and phone service.
• Perform transactions accurately and meet member needs.
