Global Credit Union is hiring a Financial Services Representative II to deliver a consultative, empathetic member experience in person and over the phone. You will handle transactions accurately while identifying opportunities to cross-sell and help members achieve financial goals.

You will build relationships through effective communication, participate in branch promotions and community events, and collaborate across teams to support member needs.

Qualifications

• Education required: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to ask open-ended questions and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members to provide positive service.
• Process transactions accurately and promptly.
