Talentify is seeking a Financial Services Representative II in Bethel, AK to deliver consultative, empathetic member service in person and over the phone, perform transactions, and drive cross sales to meet branch goals.

Role emphasizes building relationships and leveraging knowledge of financial products to improve members' financial well-being, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, service accuracy, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Passion for helping people and the drive to build relationships that assist members meet financial goals.
• Good communication and human relation skills.
• Ability to effectively ask open-ended questions, problem solve and provide solutions.
• Develop strong working relationships with coworkers and business line partners through collaboration.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Engage with existing and prospective members to create a positive member experience.
• Ensure prompt, professional, helpful, and courteous service during each interaction.
• Deepen member relationships through expert knowledge of credit union products and services and engagement strategies.
• Develop solutions using the Member Vision Plan to educate and improve members' financial well-being.
• Ensure accuracy and completion of all transactions and member service requests.
