Job summary

Six Degrees is a UK-based wealth manager seeking an experienced IFA Administrator in a remote role. You will help improve operational efficiency, manage provider relationships, and support advisers and paraplanners to deliver exceptional service for clients with £3m–£50m in investable assets.

The role emphasizes remote work with core hours and quarterly meetups, offering private healthcare, life cover, and an EMI share scheme. Strong attention to detail and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a financial planning administrator or similar role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable communicating with providers and third parties to resolve queries.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve provider relationships, serving as the go-to contact.
• Manage and organise client documentation and digital files in Zoho CRM & WorkDrive.
• Support advisers and paraplanners by preparing files and chasing third parties.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and complete.
• Help move money efficiently through advice and implementation processes.
• Participate in regular virtual team meetings and quarterly in-person meetups.

We’re now looking for an experienced, detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join our small and dynamic team. This is a remote role where you’ll play a key part in improving operational efficiency, building strong relationships with providers, and helping us deliver exceptional service to clients with £3m–£50m in investable assets.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning and improving provider relationships becoming the go-to contact
• Managing and organising client documentation and digital files (Zoho CRM & WorkDrive)
• Supporting advisers and paraplanners by preparing files, chasing third parties
• Ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and complete
• Helping keep money moving efficiently through the advice and implementation process
• Participating in regular virtual team meetings and quarterly in-person meetups
