Qualifications

• 1+ years of collections, accounts receivable or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts via phone and email.
• Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and payment solutions.
• Maintain accurate account records and document collection activity.
• Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.
