What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Answer complex inbound account inquiries using advanced knowledge of financial products
2. Troubleshoot customer inquiries regarding online enrollment, passwords, and other online issues
3. Enter and review new account applications from various channels
4. Process and review transactions and credit line increase requests
5. Perform additional duties as assigned by management

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
2. Ability to handle a high volume of calls with detail and accuracy
3. A quiet and secure workspace free from distractions
4. Strong technical skills and experience with computer troubleshooting
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
