What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Handle complex inbound account inquiries related to Visa, Retail, Debit, Loyalty Program, and Gift Card products
  • Troubleshoot customer inquiries regarding online enrollment, password, and sign-on issues
  • Enter and review new account applications from various channels, including stores and online
  • Process and review register referrals, Nordstrom.com transactions, and credit line increase requests
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls with attention to detail and accuracy
  • A quiet, distraction-free, secure workspace
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment
  • Demonstrated computer experience and technical troubleshooting skills
