Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• 3–6 months experience in customer service preferred.
• 3–6 months experience handling and balancing large sums of money preferred.
• Strong ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check as per policy.
• Team-oriented and able to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient and friendly service to all customers.
• Explore customer financial needs to recommend services and products.
• Conduct business development visits to promote the bank's services and products.
• Assist customers with banking/financial needs.
• Remain knowledgeable about products, fees, policies and current offers to assist customers with product suggestions.
• Cash handling and adherence to proper balancing procedures.
• Accountable for achievement of monthly targets as assigned.
• Operate the cash vault according to established policy and procedures.
• Balance the ATM and coin machine.
• Assist customers through the commercial teller window.
• Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both Spanish and English
• 3-6 Months experience working in a customer service environment preferred
• 3-6 Months experience handling and balancing large sums of money preferred
• Strong desire and ability to build long term customer relationships through passion, commitment, listening and understanding.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
