Responsibilities

• Models Q2 Service and Sales programs to meet goals and maintain quality standards.
• Builds customer relationships by delivering courteous, confidential, and professional service.
• Cross-sells deposit and loan products and refers customers to appropriate personnel.
• Performs paying and receiving functions and balances cash drawer at day end.
• Relates well to others and champions QNB Service and Sales campaigns.
