Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Complete Universal Banker Certification Checklist and annual re-certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods and lift 25–30 pounds.
• Adherence to SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act and related regulations.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Model Q2 Service and Sales programs to achieve goals with quality standards.
• Build customer relationships with courteous, confidential service and consultative selling.
• Evaluate customer needs using open-ended questions and refer to resources.
• Open, close, service all deposit products and take/disburse loans.
• Perform branch functions with cash handling and balancing.
• Assist in training personnel and possibly chair committees.
• Support community involvement and volunteer activities.
• Complete required compliance training and apply it to duties.
• Availability during all operating hours, including holidays and weekends.
• Assume additional duties as requested.
