Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a personal banker at a credit union or bank setting.
• Experience with consumer loan applications and processing.
• Experience with account opening and teller transactions.
• Bondable status maintained per regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Recommend financial products and services to meet members’ short and long-term financial needs.
• Assist members with completing consumer loan applications.
• Process and manage member accounts and related transactions such as deposits, investment accounts, and opening sub-accounts.
• Process cash transactions for members and maintain cash drawers.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting colleagues and teamwork.
• Uphold the credit union’s values and brand by professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
