Job summary

Securityplus Federal Credit Union is seeking a Financial Service Representative II to deliver personalized financial solutions and strengthen member relationships. You will guide members through complex transactions, promote products and services, and ensure every interaction reflects our mission and values.

You will lead in creating exceptional member experiences through consultative conversations, teamwork, and a commitment to service excellence, helping members achieve their financial goals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required to empower you to perform successfully in this role.
• At least one year of hands-on experience in customer service, retail, banking, or financial services.
• Available to work Saturdays so members get the support they need when it's most convenient for them.
• You know what it takes to deliver a standout experience, and you're ready to connect with members by understanding their needs and helping them reach their goals.
