Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Sales, customer service, or lending, or financial services sales, including supervisory.
• Or High School Diploma or GED with 8 years of experience in Sales, customer service, or lending, including supervisory.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and manage performance, coaching and accountability to deliver customer value and financial targets.
• Engage customers, prospects and referral sources via proactive outreach to generate new business.
• Develop partnerships with bank partners and manage relationships to meet CRA and community goals.
• Oversee operations and administration ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy in deposits.
