Are you an energetic, driven, and enthusiastic sales professional looking to excel in a rewarding, high-performance environment? Hobart Wealth is seeking a Lead Sales Advisor to join our team at our Ballantyne location. This is a 100% sales-focused position with a lucrative pay structure designed to reward your dedication and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Engagement: Manage a minimum of 10 qualified, pre-scheduled leads weekly, leading prospects through a 3-meeting conversion process in collaboration with our Wealth Advisors.
  • Public Speaking: Present at seminars and workshops, aiming to schedule follow-up meetings with at least 50% of attendees.
  • Conversion Success: Achieve a 40% conversion rate from initial prospect meetings to long-term client relationships.
  • Pipeline Management: Track all prospect communications and follow-ups, managing Opportunity Pipeline, Workflows, and scheduling efficiently.
  • Daily Meetings: Conduct a minimum of 4 meetings per day, leveraging leads provided by the firm.
  • Data Coordination: Collect and organize prospect data, working closely with Wealth Advisors to prepare and present financial analyses during prospect meetings.
  • In-Office Work: Operate primarily from our Ballantyne office, with occasional meetings held in Davidson.
