This position is fully remote! We seek enthusiastic individuals to join our Brewery sales team, focusing on expanding our brewery solution, Ollie, across the U.S. As part of a fast-growing tech company, you'll enjoy competitive pay, comprehensive insurance coverage, sales training, an uncapped commission plan, and a chance to grow your sales career globally.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), your responsibilities include engaging with qualified leads, scheduling sales opportunities, and developing knowledge of our products and industry. You will represent Ollie & Next Glass externally, building relationships with beverage industry businesses such as bars, breweries, and restaurants.

Our training program includes a 5-day virtual onboarding and a 1-month ramp-up period with performance targets and coaching to ensure success.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect breweries via cold calling and emailing
  • Meet or exceed daily activity targets
  • Apply Challenger Sales approach in prospecting
  • Manage success indicators and be self-managing through data analysis
  • Identify decision-makers and schedule demos
  • Manage pipeline from cold call to demo
  • Work with sales management for skill development
  • Utilize sales automation tools
  • Exceed goals and collaborate with team members
  • Participate in regular feedback sessions
Interview Process
  • Allow 2-5 business days for recruiter contact after application
  • Initial 30-minute phone screen
  • Zoom interview with shadowing and panel interview
  • Notification of decision within 1-2 days post-interview
