Financial Representative – Western & Southern Life

As a Financial Representative at Western & Southern Life, you will work with current and prospective clients in your community, understand their financial needs and goals, and recommend impactful solutions.

Compensation

• $615 per week during the 4‑week training period (non‑exempt).
• Week 5–13: $615 per week base salary, eligible for incentives.
• Week 14–26: $575 per week base salary, eligible for incentives.
• After week26: variable compensation based on licensure and performance; projected annual earnings $37,000‑$57,000.
