Leonardcrosbysf in Southfield, MI is seeking a Customer Service–oriented Agent Team Member to support a State Farm independent contractor agent. You will help customers with insurance and financial service questions, process policy changes, claims, and billing inquiries, and build lasting relationships.

Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, with salary plus commission/bonus, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within the agency.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, and proactive in problem solving.
• Dedicated to customer service and able to work in a team.
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
