Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in public accounting or public company in an SEC regulated environment.
• CPA certification required.
• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Accountancy required.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of 8K, 10Q, 10K reports in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual reporting calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Assist with audit requests and act as a key liaison with external auditors.
