Job description

Senior Recruiter with a specialization in placing Accounting and Finance professionals across the Southeastern United States.

Position Overview:

  • Type: 4-month contract, with potential to become permanent
  • Location: On-site, 4 days a week
  • Duration: May – August

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead consolidation processes for multiple subsidiaries, including entities with equity and investments.
  • Manually consolidate audited financials into reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure all financial notes are formatted consistently with previous years.
  • Interact with auditors and manage audit engagements, meeting all deadlines.
  • Calculate foreign exchange (FX) manually and perform extensive Excel work, including pivots and Xlookups.
  • Work with Workiva.

Qualifications:

  • Must have: CPA certification.
  • Preferred: Experience with Big 4 accounting firms.
  • Extensive experience in consolidations and audit engagements.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with Workiva and financial reporting tools.

Additional Information:

  • This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Previous experience with audit engagements and boardroom meetings is highly desirable.
