Job description

As a Financial Reporting Manager (14 Mth - Maternity Cover) at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams, fostering a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate and prepare monthly management accounts for the APAC and Americas regions, providing analytical review where required.
  • Ensure books and records are maintained in compliance with relevant professional accounting standards for all Linesight APAC and Americas entities.
  • Coordinate and complete annual audit and compliance requirements within set deadlines.
  • Lead a team of 3 financial accountants.
  • Drive succession planning and people development strategies within the APAC and Americas team.
  • Develop resource capabilities within the team.
  • Participate in finance projects as needed.
  • Address day-to-day requests and issues.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested.
