Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting/financial reporting experience.
• CPA certification required.
• Public accounting experience with SEC exposure or equivalent industry SEC/external reporting experience.
• Leadership and team development experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and external reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K filings.
• Oversee broad technical accounting matters including share-based compensation, EPS, debt, hedging and leases.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury and Legal.
• Contribute to earnings materials and accounting policy updates; implement new GAAP/SEC requirements.
• Manage a team with hands-on involvement in reporting initiatives and process improvements.

Snapshot of responsibilities:

• Key role in the preparation and review of 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K SEC filings
• Broad technical accounting exposure, including share-based compensation, EPS, debt, hedging, leases and other complex accounting matters
• Partner closely with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury, Legal and senior finance leadership
• Involvement in earnings materials, accounting policy and implementation of new GAAP and SEC requirements
• Manage and a team while maintaining hands-on involvement in key reporting initiatives
• Opportunity to drive process improvements and take on business-critical projects

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of progressive accounting/financial reporting experience
• CPA required
• Public accounting experience with some SEC clients or industry experience currently in a SEC/external reporting role
• Leadership and team development experience
• Workiva and/or OneStream experience is a plus
