Job summary

Publicis Groupe in Boston is seeking a Senior Analyst to support month-end close, strengthen internal controls, and ensure billing accuracy. You will own core accounting processes and partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, reporting, and timely financial insights.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, and strong Excel skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities during close cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in month end close process.
• Prepare and review journal entries and GL reconciliations.
• Analyze variances and explain trends in P&L accounts.
• Perform SOX reviews of billing files for compliance.
• Act as Finance contact for client Account teams and partners.
• Support audits and cross departmental initiatives.
